How can I pay for my order?

- You can pay for your order by card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and with PayPal as well (account or guest checkout).

What if I'm not sure about my size or fit?

- If you checked the product size chart and you still not sure what is your size, please contact us and we will gladly assist you!

Can I modify my order after I paid?

- We would love to assist and modify your order, but we can only modify orders before they shipped (2 days from placing an order).

What if my order don't go through?

- If you are trying to pay for your order and it's not going through then it must be because:

  • Because you don't have enough funds
  • Your card doesn't support international payments
  • Your card number/date is wrong
  • Your card has expired

If none of the above relates to you then try to pay with PayPal (account or guest checkout) and your order will go through.

Where is my order confirmation?

- 2 minutes after you complete your payment, we send to the email address you provided an order confirmation, if after that time you still haven't received your order confirmation it maybe because:

  • It could be in your spam folder
  • You provided us with a wrong email address

What if I received a defective order?

- We always make sure that before we pack and ship every order, that its in new perfect condition, however, if you received a defective order, please send us a picture that shows the defective area and we will send you new one on the following business day.

What are the shipping options?

- Currently our only shipping option is 'Free Shipping' 

When can I expect my product to arrive?

- We ship all orders Monday - Friday. United States orders should arrive in 10-21 days, if you still haven't received your order after 3 weeks, please contact us providing your tracking number and we will make sure you get your order in no time!

International orders will arrive in 14-25 days and it's important to note that sometimes delays can occur due to country's customs policies. If you still didn't receive your order after 4 weeks, please contact us and we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

Which days do you ship?

- We ship placed orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

- When you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation from us and once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking code. If you want us to assist you on how to track your order or if you didn't receive the email, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Can you ship internationally or process international cards?

- Yes, we do ship internationally and also process international cards.

Do you charge international taxes or duties?

- We don't charge tax or duties on our website, however, some international countries do charge tax/duties due to the country's policies.
